I am a Tampa native and have seen Tampa grow into a large metropolitan city and beyond. I have many connections from St. Lawrence elementary school, the Academy of the Holy Names, and USF. I never meet a stranger and love to nurture acquaintances to forever friendships.
I have an active Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University and spent my career of 29 years at St. Joseph’s Main Hospital as a clinical oncology pharmacist. I excelled due to my attention to detail, aptitude for teamwork, communication skills, bedside manners, and dedication to my patients. I continue to value the trust and respect that these skills allow me to earn from others.
My parents were Cuban immigrants and arrived here penniless, like so many others in the 1950’s. They taught me the meaning of perseverance, loyalty, and respect for all. They became realtors themselves and had a successful Tampa office, Triay Realty, for 39 years. Since growing up in the real estate world I have always been enamored with how my parents were able to help so many others not only through finding the right home but also by providing them much-needed resources to be able to live and succeed once they arrived in the States. Growing up, my brother and I were often involved in the management of rental
properties. As I became successful in my pharmacy career, my husband and I have also bought many properties and rented them through VRBO. I love meeting my renters and enjoy showing them my little piece of Weeki Wachee paradise by kayaking and paddleboarding.
I have been married to my husband for 31 years and have a son that attends Medical school. We love all outdoor activities, especially those involving the water and when we get to take our fur baby along with us. We have traveled extensively as a family and feel truly blessed.
I have now changed gears and am following my passion to help others find their own piece of paradise. I am very excited to share my Real Estate knowledge with you! My work ethic, trust, dedication to my customers, and love for others will not disappoint.
