Bob and Coleen Sanders moved to the Tampa Bay area from N.J. with their three sons in 1997. Coleen has been specializing in the new home market for fifteen years. She covers Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee counties. She shows all builders and does all the negotiating to get her buyers the best deal possible.
Bob and Coleen are now working as a team. Bob handles all the listings and resales while Coleen is free to focus all her energy on new homes. Bob and Coleen offer a unique perspective because they've been in the buyer's seat so many times. Due to changes in family structure, (kids going to college, living with elderly parents, kids coming back from college) they've lived in eight different homes in the area.
